How to Lose Fat
Wanna know how to lose fat? Well, in this editorial I will be speaking about fast workouts to lose weight fast & you can do it anywhere. Are you worn out from going to the gym? By reading this editorial you will know how to do your workouts outside. I need to let you know that you don’t need to make your workouts long ( hours event) to accomplish the results you need.
Here is a simple idea for outdoor workouts that takes me about ten to twenty min, but showed great results…..
There is a small playground & a softball field at the finish of our road. So anytime I need to receive a fast outdoor workout, I run to this field, warmup & after that if I feel prepared I do ten to twenty minutes of these exercises without any rest in between:
- 50 or up to 100 yard wind sprints
- hill sprints (if there is a hill in your area)
- pushups
- variations of jogging lung
- variations of bodyweight squat
- variations of squat jump, box jump, or lunge jump
- pullups
- mountain climbers on the ground
So how to lose fat quickly doing the above exercises? Well, sometimes I will go through all the above exercises & sometimes I will pick of them & alternate between them. I take short periods of rest, about ten to 30 seconds, to be positive high intensity on a regular basis. The short rest periods increase the hormonal response to burn fat, so you can get the maximum benefit from these exercises.
Following the above technique you can receive a great workout In 0 to0 minutes,0 you can return to get on together with your life.
In case you are unable to do it that fast, you can start at a lower intensity to get used to it first. Think me, it is better to do your exercises outdoor this will help you burn even more calories. So go try it now… You will lose nothing, except a quantity of that additional body fat.
